How many seats do I need for my group account?

You need one seat (sub account) for each user within your group. Decide how many members of your choir need access and subtract any who already have an account with John Fletcher Music.

Group plans have a variety of ‘seat’ numbers to suit your requirements. Don’t worry if your numbers go up after purchase, the number of seats can be increased at any time.

If you need fewer seats this can be changed at renewal, however your used seat count must be at, or below, the renewal number. This may require you to remove unwanted users from your group before you renew.

When deciding how many seats you need on a 15+ plan, do not include the owner as their seat is complimentary and included in any group plan.
