# Creating an account

To stream and download rehearsal files from John Fletcher Music you will need an account. Our free starter plan gives full access to out-of-copyright music; you will need a premium plan to use in-copyright files.

#### Not sure which plan is right for you?

Free membership is quick and easy, providing lifetime access to all out-of-copyright files (free accounts must be accessed every 24 months to remain active). In-copyright files require a **premium** membership. You can upgrade to premium at any time.

#### How do I know if my chosen piece is in or out-of-copyright?

Find your piece of music using our super fast search engine. If it is listed as **premium** you will need a **premium** account to access these in-copyright files.
