Forgotten username or password

If you can log in, your username is shown on the Account page. If you have forgotten your username or password:

Go to the Log in page

Go to the home page and click Log in from the menu bar

Click ‘Forgot Password or Username’ link at the bottom of the page'

Enter your username or email address linked to your account

Click ‘Request Password Reset’

If your email address is registered with John Fletcher Music you will receive an email with details on how to reset your password. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.

The password reset confirmation email will also contain your username. Once you have reset your password you will be able to log in.

Tip: Your browser may try to remember a previous username or password so take extra care to make sure you enter the correct username.

Tip: Select the ‘Remember Me’ box after entering the correct details. You web browser will remember the updated credentials for next time.
