Preventing emails going to Junk or Spam.

Our email address is [e-mail] . If you are not receiving emails from us it is possible that the emails are being placed in your Spam or Junk folder.

Often adding [e-mail] to your contacts list or address book will solve this issue. Specific instructions different email browser are available below.

Apple Mail

• Open our email that was directed to your Junk Email mailbox

• Click on our email address at the top of the email

• A list of options will appear on a drop down

• Click on 'Add to Address Book'

• Our address will be added to your Apple Mail safe sender list

Android

• Open our email that was directed to your Junk Email mailbox

• Tap the icon next to the email address on the left-hand side

• Tap 'Create contact'

• The next screen will be pre-populated with our email address – add 'John Fletcher Music' if the 'Name' field is blank

• Tap 'Save'

• Every saved contact is considered a safe sender automatically

Gmail

• Open our email that was directed to your Junk mailbox

• Click on the icon comprising three vertically arranged dots to the far right of our email address

• Select 'Add To Contacts'

• Our address will be added to your Gmail safe sender list

iPhone/iPad

• Open our email that was directed to your Junk Email mailbox

• Tap our name in the 'From' line

• On the next screen, tap 'Create New Contact'

• The next screen will be pre-populated with our email address.

• Tap 'Done'

• Every saved contact is considered a safe sender automatically

Outlook

• Open our email that was directed to your Junk mailbox

• Click on the 'Junk' link next to the delete button in the top left corner

• Click on 'Never Block Sender' in the drop-down options below the ‘Junk’ icon

• Our address will be added to your Outlook safe sender list

Outlook (Web)

• Copy our address from the email that was directed to your Junk mailbox

• Click on the cog in the top right-hand side of your inbox

• Click on 'Safe Senders' under the 'Mail' tab

• Where directed, paste our address and click the plus sign

• Our address will be added to your Outlook safe sender list
