The site keeps entering the wrong username and password

Web browsers remember previous login usernames and passwords, and will suggest these the next time you enter the site. To make sure your computer remembers your correct credentials:

Go to 'Log in'

Enter your new updated username and/or password

Tick the 'Remember Me' box

Click 'Log in'

Clicking on the ‘eye’ symbol on the right-hand end of the password box will reveal the password entered. If incorrect, replace with the correct password.
