I have been invited to join a group. What happens next?

You can be invited to join a group on John Fletcher Music in one of two ways, either via an email from your choir, or an email direct from John Fletcher Music.

You have received an email from your choir or group containing a Signup link and:

I have never used John Fletcher Music before:

  1. Click on the Signup link provided in the email (or copy and paste it into your browser).

  2. Check the group name. If unsure please contact your choir or group owner.

  3. Enter your details

  4. Check the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy

  5. Click Submit

  6. You will be sent an email to verify your email address. Please follow the instructions in the email to complete your registration (help is available here)

OR

I already have an account with John Fletcher Music:

  1. Log in to John Fletcher Music with your existing credentials

  2. Then click on the Signup link provided in the email (or copy and paste it into your browser).

  3. Check your details and the group name. If unsure please contact your choir or group owner.

  4. Check the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy

  5. Click Submit

You will receive a confirmation email from John Fletcher Music indicating that registration is complete. You have now been added to your choir or group.

Go to the site (Log in with your new username and password if you need to) to have access to all the sound files on the site for as long as that group membership is active.
