Group account changes
You can change the number of seats in your account, the duration and ownership during the registration period.
Change Seat Numbers
Only one increase of seats per membership period should be done during a registration period. If you need to change the number of seats again, please contact us.
Reducing seat numbers can only be done at renewal.
Increase seat numbers
Navigate to your group account subscription page
Click on Change Plan
Select your new plan with increased seat numbers
Renewing an active membership will copy over all existing users.
Occasionally the transfer of existing users does not occur as expected. In this case you can re-import your users into your group.
Navigate to your old group account subscription page
Click on Sub Accounts
Scroll down to Export Sub Accounts and select Click here to export all sub accounts. You will use this file to import your users into your new plan.

Change Duration
To change the duration of your current active plan, but keeping the number of seats the same. This is a two step process.
This is best done immediately after the expiry date of your existing plan. User accounts are not transferred automatically as part of this process.
Step 1: Download your group user details
Navigate to your expired group account page subscription page
Scroll down to Export Sub Accounts and select Click here to export all sub accounts. You will use this file to import your users into your new plan.
Step 2: Purchase new plan and import users
Purchase your new plan with the same number of seats but a different duration.

Change Ownership
To change the owner of a group plan please make sure the proposed new owner of the group plan is already on your sub accounts list.
Then notify us at email@johnfletchermusic.org with details of their first name, last name, and email address. We will make the change and notify you. You will by default become a standard user in the group.
