Group account renewals
The process to renew an active plan and an expired plan are different.
Active Plan
Navigate to your group account subscription page
Click on the Renew link and complete the payment details.
Expired Plan
Navigate to your group account subscription page
Click on the Subscribe and complete the payment details.
