Group account changes
You can change the number of seats, duration and ownership of your active plan.
Important information about increasing seat numbers
When increasing the number of seats in an active plan your current plan is cancelled, and a new plan started with all users transferred to the new plan.
Proration is used to calculate the residual value of your old plan, and is applied as a discount to the new plan.
Proration is calculated using:
The value left on the current plan.
The change in the number of seats.
Seats numbers can only be increased once during a membership period. If you need to change the number of seats more than once, please contact us.
Decreasing seat numbers
Seat numbers cannot be reduced on an active plan. When your current plan expires you can subscribe to a new plan with reduced seat numbers by:
Reducing the number of group members in your recently expired inactive plan to match the new plan seat numbers.
Increase seat numbers
Navigate to your group account subscription page
Click on Change Plan

Select your new plan with increased seat numbers.
Note: the information above regarding proration before proceeding
Renewing an active membership will copy over all existing users. If you do experience and issues with the transfer of users from one plan to another please contact us.
