How do I add users to my group?
The easiest way to add users to your group is Using a Singup Link.
Navigate to your group account subscription page
Click on Sub Accounts for your latest, active membership

Copy the Signup URL

Create a single email that will go to your group. In the To field put your own email address (to make sure you get a copy), and in the BCC field put all the email addresses of people you want to join your group. This will keep email addresses private and prevent accidental mass reply emails from your users.
In the body of your email you could add:
We have set up a group account on John Fletcher Music called <<insert your group name>>.
You are invited to join our group on John Fletcher Music. Please click on the link below to join the group.
<<insert your Signup link>>
Click on the link and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your registration and join our group.

You can monitor who has joined the group and logged in.
When renewing an expired group account you will need to transfer your users to the new group account. This can be done manually via a Signup Link or in bulk.
