Group account renewals
The process to renew an active plan and an expired plan are different.
This renews and extends your current plan, with the same number of seats and duration. Proration may be applied to this transaction
You can make certain changes to your current plan.
Navigate to your group account subscription page
Click on the Renew button and complete the payment details.
This renews the plan with the same number of seats and duration, and transfer all the users from the original plan into the renewed plan.
If you want a different plan, purchase a new plan and transfer your group members into your new plan.
Navigate to your group account subscription page
Click on the Renew (or Subscribe, see note below) and complete the payment details.
Depending on your account profile this button may read Subscribe. It functions in the same way as Renew.
